
The 2024 Beaulieu 100 dinner was held on the 30th November 2024 at the Royal Automobile Club in London’s Pall Mall. The National Motor Museum’s Nellie Rogers reports on the evening:
“The prestigious annual B100 Member dinner at the Royal Automobile Club was a highlight of the year and was a fabulous and successful evening. Guests started the evening with champagne in the elegant Committee Room before moving into the Mountbatten Room, where 11 tables welcomed our members and sponsors. A special thank you for your fantastic support to our members Steve Austin, Craig Thompson and Douglas Samuel for sponsoring tables.
The Personality of the Year award was presented to Martin Chisolm. With over 30 years of experience, Martin Chisholm is a renowned figure in the classic car industry, celebrated for his unparalleled expertise. As the founder and director of The Classic Motor Hub in the Cotswolds, Martin has created a haven for motoring enthusiasts, offering an evolving showroom of exceptional classic, vintage and collectible cars and motorcycles. The Classic Motor Hub also hosts workshops and vibrant events, where Martin and his team inspire a deep appreciation for automotive heritage. Martin’s commitment to preserving the automotive industry and creating a community of car enthusiasts has made him a respected authority and a key contributor to the world of classic motoring. Huge congratulations to Martin for his award and achievements!
The food was excellent, from the delightful beef main course to the Royal Automobile Club’s exquisite club wines, it was a wonderful evening of camaraderie and celebration. Further thanks to our two B100 member auction prize donors Jon Horsley and David Shaw. Jon Horsley kindly donated the Sunbeam model and David Shaw the motorbike trip.

The auction and raffle was a huge success and congratulations to all of this year’s prize winners! Your generous bids and donations directly support our initiatives. A special thank you to Duncan Moir for his lively auctioneering and entertainment, we are very grateful for your support.
The raffle prize- a £500 jewellery voucher from the Royal Mint- was a delightful end to a fantastic evening.
